Publishing & archiving
Publish Bundle (owner only) downloads a self-contained bundle of the app — its schema, data and a runtime — that you can deploy on its own. Publishing marks the app as Published.
- What's in a bundle. The app's schema, its records and a small runtime — enough to run it on its own, anywhere.
- A published app can't be deleted (its bundle may be deployed elsewhere) — archive it instead.
- Annual plans: publishing an app bundle uses the value of your annual plan, so it forfeits cancellation for that term. If your plan is still within its cancellation window, Publish first asks you to confirm; once you publish, the Cancel plan button is hidden until the plan renews.
Working with many apps. Use search (name or description), filter by clicking a stat tile (Active / Published / Archived), and sort by creation date, record count, user count, or rating. The grid is virtualized, so it stays fast even with hundreds of apps.
