AI support assistant
On the Pro plan and up, a built-in AI assistant answers your SheetApps questions from the bottom-right corner of the app.
It answers only from our published help content — this User Guide and the Knowledge Hub — and shows the sources it used so you can open the full article. It replies in your chosen language.
- Ask in plain language. Type a question the way you'd ask a colleague.
- After each answer it suggests follow-up questions and links to the sources.
- If it can't find an answer, it points you to the Community or — on Max and up — a support ticket.
Each workspace has a monthly question allowance (often unlimited). Admins can see this month's usage under Admin Console → Usage. A short per-user rate limit also prevents rapid bursts.
