Change or cancel your plan

Plan changes are self-service for the workspace owner.

How to change or cancel your plan?

  • Go to Admin console → Plans (workspace owner only).
  • To change: pick a plan and billing interval and Confirm — a downgrade is allowed only if you already fit the new plan's limits.
  • To cancel: click Cancel plan — you keep access until the period ends.

How to change your plan?

  • Go to Admin console → Plans.
  • Pick a plan and billing interval and confirm.
  • A downgrade is only allowed if your workspace already fits the new plan's limits (e.g. apps, languages) — the console tells you what to reduce first.

Cancel

  • Use Cancel plan in the Admin console. The workspace stays usable until the period ends, then it follows the plan's grace and expiry rules.

Good to know

  • A free trial that is time-limited can't be renewed in place — switch to a paid plan to continue.
  • Your Billing tab keeps a history of plan changes.
