Add or change a form in your app

Your app's design comes from its workbook, so you change forms by editing the workbook and re-uploading.

How to add or change a form?

• Add Form: Edit your workbook: add new `Form_` sheet for a new form.
• Edit and Form: add new fields in the existing form or remove field from the form.
• Open the app and click Change app, then upload the edited workbook.
• Review the preview of what will change, then Apply — your existing records are kept.

Tips

• If you are unable to access the original App Specification Excel Workbook you can download the current design with the App card's Download Excel specs.
• You can modify this App by adding new forms, update current forms, update new rules and formulas, update or add dashboards in the relevant sheets of your App Specification Excel Workbook.

Good to know

• Existing records are preserved across a change.
• You can add additional language in Change app.
